Electric Motor Quality (EMQ) Bearings
Boca Bearings offers a full line of deep groove Electric Motor Quality (EMQ) Bearings. EMQ Bearings are designed and Noise Tested (NT) to meet a noise quality standard. All EMQ Bearings are available in C3 Fit (with limited sizes available in C4 fit). We now stock 8MM (Millimeter) to 100MM bores (Inner Diameter) in the 6000, 6200, 6300, 6800, 6900 series. We also offer Standard and specialty Metric/Inch bore sizes in 1/2", 13MM, 16MM, 5/8", 3/4", and 1".
We offer three versions to choose from, Metal Shields (ZZ) for higher speed applications, contact rubber seals (VV) for dirty environments or where moisture is present, and 2VS Viton Seals for high temperature applications.
Please note we offer larger size EMQ Bearings from 65MM Bore to 100MM in our Standard Ceramic Hybrid Series.

Ceramic Hybrid Series
LEARN MORECeramic Hybrid Electric Motor Quality (EMQ) bearings have steel races and ceramic balls. Ceramic balls are suitable for applications where high loads, high speeds and extreme temperatures are factors. Long life and the need for minimal lubrication make this material appropriate for extreme applications. Ceramic is non-porous, non-magnetic, non corrosive and lighter than steel. In ball form, ceramic balls are also harder than steel and because ceramic balls are non-porous they are virtually frictionless and capable of spinning faster than steel balls.

Ceramic Hybrid C-HIP Series
LEARN MOREThe C-HIP Ceramic Hybrid EMQ Bearings are similar to our Ceramic Hybrid series, but these C-HIP bearings utilize Si3N4 Ceramic balls that are made with Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP). These ceramic balls have an even greater density and hardness than a standard ceramic ball. Ceramic Hybrid bearings have steel races and ceramic balls. Ceramic balls are suitable for applications where high loads, high speeds and extreme temperatures are factors.
