Ball Screw Support

Ball screw support bearings are precision-engineered components crucial for converting rotary motion into linear motion with minimal friction and backlash. These bearings excel in handling heavy loads, ensuring stability, and offering accurate positioning, making them ideal for manufacturing machinery, robotics, and aerospace applications. With their angular contact design, they efficiently transfer axial forces, reduce heat generation, and guarantee reliability, all while requiring minimal maintenance. If your industry demands precision and efficiency in motion control systems, ball screw support bearings are the reliable choice for achieving optimal performance.

  • STEEL SERIES

Ball Screw Steel Series Bearings are designed to withstand heavy loads and create axial stability. The races, retainer and balls can be made from various steels such as 52100 Chrome Steel or 440C Stainless Steel.

  • CERAMIC HYBRID SERIES

Ball Screw Ceramic Hybrid Bearings efficiently transfer axial forces, reduce heat generation, and guarantee reliability, all while requiring minimal maintenance. They are designed such that there is an angle between the races and the balls when the bearing is in operation. The races and retainer can be made from various steels such as 52100 Chrome Steel or 440C Stainless Steel. The balls are typically made with Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) ceramic. Ceramic is lighter than steel and able to operated at higher RPMs and without lubrication. Ceramic Hybrid bearings typically have a longer lifespan than traditional steel bearings allowing for less downtime in industrial applications.
