Linear Ball Bushing
Linear bearings are used in applications where a component needs to be moved along a straight line. The object may also need to be returned to its original position with a high degree of repeatability. Linear bearings come in a variety of styles and have wide load capacities. A Linear Ball Bushing is similar to a traditional bushing but has rows of balls to reduce friction and increase smoothness. Linear bearings are used on transportation equipment, 3D printers, automation equipment, food processing equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment and other systems that require smooth, precise motion.

Chrome Steel
LEARN MOREChrome Steel 52100 Series Linear Bearings contain chromium and, due to thorough hardening, have excellent surface quality and high load capability. 52100 Chrome Steel is a universal material for many bearing applications. Chrome Steel is magentic.

Stainless Ceramic Hybrid
LEARN MORECeramic Hybrid Linear Bearings have steel races and ceramic balls. Ceramic balls are suitable for applications where high loads, high speeds and extreme temperatures are factors. Long life and the need for minimal lubrication make this material appropriate for extreme applications. Ceramic is non-porous, non-magnetic, non corrosive and lighter than steel. In ball form, ceramic balls are also harder than steel and because ceramic balls are non-porous they are virtually frictionless and capable of spinning faster than steel balls.

Full Ceramic ZRO2
LEARN MOREThe Full Ceramic Linear Bearing Series is used in extreme applications where conditiona like temperature, magnetic fields, and/or corrosive substances may be factors. Zirconia Dioxide is inert to corrosive materials, with the exception of hydrofloric acid and hot concentrated sulfuric acid. Zirconia is lighter than steel, non-magentic and has a maximum useful temperature of 400°C.
