Mounted Unit Miniature Bearings
Miniature Mounted Unit Bearings have a rustproof housing made with a special alloy or stainless steel 304 with bearings made from high carbon chromium bearing steel or stainless steel 440C. Low profile mini mounted units are ideally suited for tight spaces and characteristically exhibit excellent stiffness, mechanical strength and dimensional stability. Pillow Block and Two Bolt Flange styles are available now. Selection of the appropriate bearing can be accomplished with knowledge of the shaft size and radial and thrust load requirements. Metric shaft sizes of 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 25, 30 and 35 mm.

Miniature Pillow Block Mounted Unit
LEARN MOREThe Miniature Pillow Block Mounted Unit Bearings includes four types of mini mounted units: KP, SKP, UP, and SUP, each offering distinct housing and locking mechanisms. The KP and SKP units feature zinc aluminum and stainless steel housings, respectively, with set screw bearings. The KP also features a chrome steel insert while the SKP has a stainless steel insert bearing. These pillow block bearings are designed for use when the bearing mounting surface is parallel to the shaft axis, with the housing bolted securely to a foundation. The set screw holds the bearing race in place by exerting compressional force.
The UP and SUP units also feature pillow block designs with eccentric locking collars for a more secure fit. The UP units have zinc aluminum housings with chrome steel inserts, while the SUP units are built with stainless steel housings and inserts. The eccentric locking collar engages with the bearing's inner ring cam, ensuring a tight grip on the shaft. A collar set screw provides added locking security for both the UP and SUP types. -

LEARN MOREThe Miniature Two-Bolt Flange Mounted Unit series is offered in four options: KFL, SKFL, UFL, and SUFL, each offering unique housing and locking mechanisms. The KFL series features zinc aluminum housings with chrome steel insterts. The SKFL units are equipped with stainless steel housings and stainless steel inserts. These bearings are mounted within flanged housings and are ideal when the bearing mounting surface is perpendicular to the shaft axis. The housing is bolted to a foundation through base holes, with a set screw providing a secure, compressive fit on the shaft.
The UFL and SUFL units, in contrast, feature eccentric locking collars for a more secure fit. The UFL units have zinc aluminum housings with chrome steel inserts, while the SUFL units are built with stainless steel housings and inserts. The eccentric locking collar engages with the bearing’s inner ring cam, ensuring a tight grip on the shaft. A collar set screw offers additional locking security for both UFL and SUFL units.
