Miniature Mounted Unit Bearings

The Miniature Pillow Block Mounted Unit Bearings includes four types of mini mounted units: KP, SKP, UP, and SUP, each offering distinct housing and locking mechanisms. The KP and SKP units feature zinc aluminum and stainless steel housings, respectively, with set screw bearings. The KP also features a chrome steel insert while the SKP has a stainless steel insert bearing. These pillow block bearings are designed for use when the bearing mounting surface is parallel to the shaft axis, with the housing bolted securely to a foundation. The set screw holds the bearing race in place by exerting compressional force.

The UP and SUP units also feature pillow block designs with eccentric locking collars for a more secure fit. The UP units have zinc aluminum housings with chrome steel inserts, while the SUP units are built with stainless steel housings and inserts. The eccentric locking collar engages with the bearing's inner ring cam, ensuring a tight grip on the shaft. A collar set screw provides added locking security for both the UP and SUP types.
