Today at Boca Bearings we celebrate Employee Appreciation Day.

Employee Appreciation Day is the day we celebrate and recognize the hard work and dedication of our employees who make our  bearing businesses successful. 

Boca Bearings catered lunch and provided "motivational envelopes" to all our team members. 
The clownfish is a representation of going the extra mile.  In the movie, Nemo’s father travels several thousand extra miles to find his son. 

One key member of our team who always goes the extra mile is Michael Rudinsky. Michael has been with our company for over 35 years, therefore, it's our great pleasure to celebrate him on this day.
