The design has been finalized using the two-part system. One part for the body to be built upon, and another to remain fitted to the wire. Below is a fully assembled prototype using double sided tape to join the bottle to the base of the car. The wheels are assembled using glue to hold them to the axles. Four bearings are installed into the printed body and the axles are fed through them. The car is placed into the printed race mount that has the guide wire fed through it.

This is the final design with the Boca Bearings logo integrated into the body. I will be printing two of these with varying detail to determine the final print specifications. (.15 vs .2 mm layer height)
