Teddy Mullins one of Boca Bearings longest-term team member joined the company some 22 years ago!   He heard about Boca Bearings through an agency.  He was told the company was family-owned by some kind-hearted people.  Teddy immediately welcome the opportunity to interview with the company.  Teddy had previous experience with bearings and within 5 minutes of interviewing with Allen and Michelle Baum, Boca Bearings founders he felt it was the right match not only in culture but also in efforts to bring bearings to more markets. 

Teddy recalls that Boca Bearings was one of the first bearing companies to sell RC bearing kits directly to consumers in the hobby sector. Teddy enjoyed providing great customer service and bearing knowledge to many hobby enthusiast as well as big box names such as Hobby Town USA.  Throughout the years, Teddy has played an integral part in Boca Bearings efforts to provide radical customer service. 

For Teddy however, the most import aspect in these 22 years has been the warm and welcoming work atmosphere at Boca Bearings.  Teddy feels the company is his second family and for that he’s grateful.

Boca Bearings is equally grateful to have such a loyal and dedicated team member as Teddy.  Indeed this was a great and enduring match.
